I am delighted and humbled to introduce this Premier issue of NCC Quarterly Journal whose purpose is to regularly inform and update members and supporters of NCC about the activities and progress of this Conference. This Journal, together with the soon to be established NCC Radio and TV stations, will become important communication channels of this Conference.
